TERMS & CONDITIONS
We agree to show up at your event on the time selected and perform the period you selected. By paying this invoice, you are acknowledging that there are absolutely no refunds unless we have to cancel your event. You also agree and acknowledge the following terms:
***The balance is due at least 5 days before your event. If not paid by that time, your event may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
***There will be a mileage fee added per performer for ALL events outside the city of Detroit.
***There will be NO REFUNDS given after the performance starting! If there are any problems upon arrival, you must contact the company right away so that we can try to resolve the issue at that time or inform the performers to stop and leave, we will then issue a refund if they are asked to leave.
***Fresh the Clownsss LLC cannot guarantee you which Performer will be at your event but we will try our best to get you the Performer(s) requested. We will make sure that you get the total number of clowns requested. If for any reason, the number of performers requested does not show up, a partial refund will be given as follow: $40 refund per performer for 30 min events and $70 for 1 hour events plus any mileage that was added. This rarely happens but car problems, illnesses etc do play a factor.
*** Please give performers a grace period of up to 15 minutes. They will notify you if they will be late and will also stay for the full performance time frame as requested.
***Fresh the Clownsss LLC is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as: Hazardous weather conditions. We will not continue to perform at an outside event if the weather is bad. The client must provide shelter or the performer will have to leave. No refunds will be given.
